Welcome Bradley, our newest acupuncturist and herbalist!

We are very excited to welcome Bradley, our newest Acupuncturist and Herbalist at Dynamic Acupuncture. Bradley will be in the clinic starting on Monday, January 27th 2025.

Bradley (He/Him) studied at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine where he received a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He also holds a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University, a relic of his former career as a chef, where he gained insight into nutrition and food as medicine. In 2022 Bradley spent over a year in Tokyo and Okinawa, Japan, where he was observing, studying and practicing in multiple acupuncture and herbal clinics.

Bradley’s path into the healing arts began as a teenager when he was introduced to and began practicing meditation and tai chi. At the same time, he saw the importance of exercise and nutrition as important pillars of health and longevity. This started a journey that took him all around the world where he studied yoga and Tibetan medicine in northern India and tai chi and herbal medicine in China.

His initial experience of acupuncture was for the treatment of a painful frozen shoulder that started after many years of his work as an executive chef. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine were able to restore full mobility in his shoulder and relieve his pain. It was this experience that eventually led him to transition from his culinary life and pursue acupuncture.

As an acupuncturist and health care provider Bradley’s focus is on pain relief, longevity, preventative care and empowering his patients with concrete tools to build healthy habits. He does this through clear strategic treatment planning. He encourages lifestyle changes as paramount in optimizing health through proper nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and stress reduction techniques.

Bradley believes strongly in developing an exceptional patient-practitioner relationship because the road to optimal health begins with the initial and continued interaction between patient and practitioner.

When Bradley is not in the clinic you can find him in the mountains and beaches of Oregon with his partner Yuuki and their dog Hokusai.

Bradley has experience in treating:

  • Chronic and acute musculoskeletal injuries and pain

  • Sports Injuries

  • Headaches and Migraines
