Many insurance plans include acupuncture benefits. We are in-network with most major insurance companies and can also bill many insurance companies out-of-network.

As a courtesy we will verify your insurance benefits and bill your insurance company. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and you are responsible for understanding your coverage and benefits. We recommend that you also call your insurance company to confirm that your insurance covers acupuncture and if there are any limitations.

You are responsible for payment of your copay, coinsurance, deductible and any services/ procedures not covered by your insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for the payment of all treatments and provided care. It is your responsibility to inform us of any insurance change and keep us up to date on your coverage.
